Meet Victoria...

Hello! I’m Victoria, a Wedding Planner based in Glossop, Derbyshire, nestled in the stunning Peak District just outside Manchester. Originally from Yorkshire, I now spend my days helping couples like you turn their dream weddings into reality - without the stress.

The photo you see here? That was taken shortly after my husband, Steven, and I said those magical words: "I do." After 18 months of meticulous planning, I experienced firsthand what it’s like to see a vision come to life - every detail, every carefully chosen element, all coming together for the most perfect day. That feeling is exactly what I want for you: the joy of being fully present, knowing everything is expertly handled.

Why Wedding Planning?

With nearly 15 years in international corporate events, I thrived on organisation, logistics, and creative problem-solving - skills that naturally led me to wedding planning. In July 2021, I took the leap and launched my own business, bringing my expertise into an industry I truly love.

I was drawn to weddings because of their warmth and personal connections—a refreshing change from the high-pressure corporate world. My background has prepared me for anything (I once had to navigate the aftermath of a major airline crash during an aviation event in Malaysia!), so you can trust that no challenge is too big.

Planning my own wedding, and helping friends and family with theirs, opened my eyes to how overwhelming and time-consuming the process can be. Add in the chaos of the Covid-19 pandemic, and I knew I wanted to help couples create their dream weddings, no matter the obstacles.

Calm & Prepared – Whether it’s a last-minute supplier hiccup or an overflowing toilet at a marquee wedding (yes, that happened!), I handle everything so you don’t have to. In fact, it will be fixed before you even notice.

Always Accessible – From our initial complimentary consultation to the big day, I’m here to answer questions, ease concerns, and offer guidance whenever needed.

Hands-On & Detail-Oriented – On your wedding day, you’ll find me with my trusty clipboard and emergency kit (check out my Instagram reel for a peek inside!) ensuring everything runs smoothly.

The best part? Many of my couples start as clients and become friends, making this job even more special.

👶 Our little whirlwind, Arthur, was born in March 2022. He’s full of energy, keeps me on my toes, and brings endless joy to our lives.

🌍 Travel is my passion, and my career has taken me all over the world. From bustling cities to tropical beaches, I love discovering new places (and new foods!).

🍸 Hand me an espresso martini, and I’m happy. The perfect mix of coffee and cocktails? Yes, please!

🍽 I’m a total foodie and love eating out. Whether it’s fine dining or a hidden gem of a street food spot, I’m always up for a great meal.

🎶 Live music is my jam - but I’m more of a glamper than a camper. Festivals? Yes. Sleeping in a muddy field? Not so much.

🔍 Netflix true crime documentaries are my guilty pleasure. Give me a gripping whodunit, and I’m hooked.
