This service is ideal for couples who want to handle their wedding planning themselves but need professional assistance on the day to ensure everything runs smoothly.

You've planned and sourced everything, but you’d like an expert to handle the final details and bring it all together. After all, you deserve to enjoy a glass of champagne, not manage a wedding day timeline!

This service allows you, your family, bridesmaids, and groomsmen to relax and fully enjoy the day, while I manage all the logistics to ensure your dream wedding, meticulously planned over the past months or years, perfectly comes to life.

My Wedding Day Co-Ordination service includes the following:

  • Detailed free of charge consultation, reviewing  everything you have organised, with a bespoke proposal & quotation supplied following this
     

  • Handover meeting 6-8 weeks ahead of your wedding day
     

  • Site or venue visit ahead of your wedding day
     

  • Supplier liaison and management after the handover meeting
     

  • Review meetings for regular catch-ups to discuss progress

  • ​Unlimited telephone calls, emails & whatsapp messages from 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding date
     

  • Production of a detailed wedding timeline from set up to breakdown 
     

  • Final meeting at your venue (or separate location if you are having a marquee wedding)
     

  • Venue set up the day prior (if your venue permits this)
     

  • On the Day Co-Ordination for up to 10 hours

Starting fee of £1400

A bespoke quotation and proposal will be provided after an initial complimentary consultation.
